Our Story

I never thought I’d be the mother who tolerated food being tossed across the room or caved to snappy snack demands. But alas, in 2021 I met my match: a delightful toddler with standards as rigid as they were inexplicable.

My “firm but fair” approach proved no match for the tiny authority with unwavering culinary demands. Once, in a moment of desperation, I cried out, “If you prick us, do we not bleed?!” There was a brief pause, followed by a blueberry expertly pitched at my husband’s forehead.

We work. We pay the bills. We manage the household. But behind the facade, we are ruled beneath the iron fist of a miniature snack connoisseur.

The daily ironies of life in service to a toddler became the inspiration for FoodieTot™. A company designed to honour the discerning taste, amusing social graces, and uncompromising convictions of the marvellous toddler.
